If there is any problem with your order, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
• There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• No deliveries to Post Office Boxes.
• If your order is being sent to a gift recipient, please be sure to make arrangements to have someone available to accept the delivery.
• We pack each shipment of cakes in an insulated container box with ice packs. Your cake will arrive either frozen or cold and ready to eat. In order to deliver our fresh products to you, we offer overnight and 2-day delivery only.
• It is important that during high daytime temperatures or hot areas of the country that we ship your cakes via overnight delivery.
• Orders must be received no later than 3pm one day prior to shipping.
• Delivery is available only in the continental United States.
